Your evaluation fee has been charged. There is nothing else to pay. The evaluation, your belt, the Official MMJJ Testing Sheet and your rank processing are covered by it. Travel and lodging are not.
Note: Registration is not a guarantee of promotion. It confirms participation in the evaluation under MMJJ standards.

It comes from hello@machadomethod.com, usually within a few minutes. That is also the address every Summit update will come from, so it is worth letting through once rather than hunting for it four times.

If it is not there in ten minutes, check Spam and Promotions
If you find it there, mark it Not spam and drag it to your Primary inbox. That teaches your provider where the next one belongs.

Reply to it, even one word
A reply is the strongest signal a mail provider has that you want mail from an address. “Got it” is enough, and it reaches a real person.

Start sorting your uniform now, not in October
The Ranking & Award Ceremony requires a white MMJJ patched uniform. Promotions are handed over that night in front of the whole room, and a gi cannot be fixed the week of the event. If yours is not patched yet, this is the thing to handle first.

When evaluations run
Five windows across Thursday and Friday. Yours is the one you selected on the form. If you are not certain which you chose, ask your instructor or email us.
On the day, be in the training room at the start of your window and find Professor Eddie Avelar to confirm you are present and ready. That check-in is what puts you on the mat.
